Does Bishop Auto Glass offer sunroof replacement?
No, we do not service sunroof glass at this time.
What happens after the job is completed?
If you had your windshield replaced, please refrain from driving the vehicle for one hour until the adhesive cures. We also recommend not using a power car wash for at least 24-48 hours.
If you had a side glass replaced, we ask follow the instructions that were given to you by the technician. In most cases, this glass is already cured and can be used immediately.
My side window will not roll up or down.
This is most likely caused by a faulty or broken regulator. Please call your local body shop for assistance on this matter. At this time Bishop Auto Glass does not repair this issue.

Bishop Auto Glass offers a limited lifetime warranty on the glass we install in your vehicle against defects in material and workmanship. Such defects must be brought to our attention within 31 days of your first notice from the date of the installation.
Our warranty does not cover leaks or stress cracks if the vehicle has prior damage, such as rust in pinch weld area, and or damage of the area of which the glass is being installed. We will use every effort to inform you of such damage before removal of the glass being installed. In some cases this is not possible until after the original glass is removed at which time you will be informed and what actions should be considered by you. In either instance, Bishop Auto Glass can not be held responsible. Bishop Auto Glass will
perform any and all warranties and this warranty is null and void if any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass is performed by anyone other than Bishop Auto Glass or an approved affiliate.
Many variables can affect the degree of success in windshield repairs. These variable include: the size of the point of impact, how recent the damage was done, the size of the cracks surrounding the damaged area, and whether or not other foreign objects or moisture are present. Sometimes while attempting a repair on your windshield, the crack may become larger, in which case Bishop Auto Glass cannot be held responsible. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied then the purchase price of the repair will be deducted
from the price of the new glass. This credit will be given to the party that paid for the repair, whether it was you or your insurance provider.
